Medtronic World Headquarters Mounds View, Minnesota In 2005, Glenn Rehbein Excavating was awarded the contract for mass excavation, deep foundations, and site utilities on the Medtronic World Headquarters in Mounds View. The eight story, 1.2 million square foot complex was completed in 2007. The complex includes a 5 story parking ramp and enough space to house 4,500 employees.
